About Us
In 2011, PA PRIDE LLC was founded by Gary Shaw with a passion for workforce development and driving safety. With the vision of bringing employment opportunities throughout the rural regions of Northwestern Pennsylvania. Through cooperative training agreements, PA PRIDE has been able to expand and provide training in Venango, Erie, Allegheny, Armstrong, Mercer, Forest, Tioga, and Mercer Counties.

Our founder's goal was to pave a smoother road to employment. Believing that the best way to succeed was to bring professional training closer to home and to build the program with the needs of the employers in mind. The result being the right individual, with the right training, hired by the right employer.

PA PRIDE LLC is dedicated to providing quality training. Our instructional staff consists of a combined 80 years of driving and training experience. We are committed to bringing the real world to you, and getting you on the road to your new career.

Why We Are Different
PA PRIDE LLC stands behind your training and your success in the industry. We work hard to build relationships with local, regional, and national companies that are prepared to offer the best employment opportunities to our students upon program completion. We are extremely proud of the results we have. 97% of our students have completed our program and 92% of them have accepted gainful employment. Everyone who completes out CDL training program will receive employment offers by graduation.

At PA PRIDE, we do not lower training costs by shortening drive time. We want to provide you with real-world training. We do not believe you learn to drive by using simulators. We provide several CDL programs to satisfy your driving interest.

At PA PRIDE, we believe that it is imperative that all drivers have safety and responsibility built-in to their everyday driving habits.
