Non-Commercial Driver's Testing
Please note that this is for Class C vehicle types only. All tests need to be scheduled 48 hours in advance.
Requirements
You will need to present the following items to the examiner prior to taking your Class C test:

Valid Class C Driver's Permit

A signed parent or guardian certification form (DL-180C), if you are under the age of 18.

The valid registration card for the vehicle you are planning on driving for the test.

Proof that the vehicle is currently insured.

The valid driver's license of the person, who is at least 21 years of age or a parent, guardian, person in loco parentis, or spouse who is 18 years of age or older, accompanying you to the Third-Party Testing Facility.
Retest Scheduling

Under 18, you must wait 7 full days to retake your test.

Over 18, you must wait 2 full days to retake your test.
Testing Fees

Initial Testing Fee: $50.00

Retest Fee: $25.00
